Upcoming Maintenance
Please be aware that one of our third party providers will be carrying out some planned maintenance in the early hours of Wednesday 12th April. This will impact the following services for up to 60 minutes:
- Debit card payments, in-store and online
- Balance enquiries (Debit only) via our automated customer services phone line, Bank app and Online banking

With scammers making the rounds, please be aware that Cashplus Bank will never contact you asking you for the information below. If you’re contacted by someone claiming to be from Cashplus Bank and requesting any of the information below, please end the phone call, and contact our team directly on 0330 024 0924. If the phone number in the message is different, it’s a scammer.
Personal information we’ll never ask for
Via email/text/phone:
- Your PIN
- Your Account Number
- Your 16-Digit Card Number or the security code on the back of your card
- Your Online Banking Username or Password
- Any verification code from your Online Banking or Cashplus Bank app
- Your SMS One Time Password
